They need to settle on an age of majority where all rights of citizenship are bestowed.

I smoked for over 50 years until one day out of the blue I had a stroke while watching TV.

My head started spinning and I tried to talk but there were no words, just jumbled sounds came out.

I was scared to death. I made it to the hospital and after 3 weeks I was back home, much worse for the wear.

Those 3 weeks were enough time to do something I didn’t think I could ever do...quit smoking.

While in rehab I still had the urge to smoke but they weren’t going to let me so I put it out of my mind.

The 3 weeks were enough to clean the nicotine out of my system to have the chance beat the urge to smoke.

I started smoking in grade school when cigarettes were 20 cents a pack for camel or lucky, and you could buy them everywhere with no questions about who they were for.

I wish there was a enforced law making it 21 to smoke back then. If you really had to be 21 and prove it, nobody would be dumb enough to start at that age.
