Fox News host Mark Levins new book Unfreedom of the Press has become the number one best-selling book on Amazon, dethroning Howard Stern and his new memoir as of Sunday evening.
Levins book doesnt officially hit shelves until Tuesday, and the conservative firebrand managed to take the top spot on the strength of pre-order sales alone.

I watched a piece of a Howard Stern interview yesterday. The man was and is a walking, talking septic tank.
That’s awesome and everything but it rubs me wrong to say ‘Fox News Host”. He’s SOOOOOO much more than that. Trying to make him look bad maybe?
Amazing, I had no idea that people that followed Stern could read. This is quite a surprise.
I’ve ordered my copy!
Ordered the Audible version — disappointed that Mark didn’t do the narration...
Always has been.
Great news. Howard’s a sellout today.
He does the beginning and the end. He said he can’t do the whole thing because of asthma or something.
Makes sense. It occasionally shows in his voice during his nightly broadcasts. Between that and his LevinTV and Fox News TV shows, he uses his voice an awful lot!
Was never a big fan of his shtick.
Except for his early syndicated tv show. Low budget, but relatively entertaining.
Thanks for the elitist post. Stern is popular because he fought against Big Radio and is loved by everyone. He’s not a snooty douchebag.
Obviously he is not loved by “everyone”.
So they had a Levine report on a Levin?
He has more listeners than you, and even Rush Limbaugh.
“He’s not a snooty douchebag.” No. He is a vulgar reprobate.
Stern is popular mainly because he has flagrantly used carnal and illicit sex to sell his show.
Not supporting his show for that reason does not necessarily make one any kind of elitist.
If you cannot observe that elephant in his living room, then I suggest you refrain from replying.
Yep. The lowest common denominator.
Minimally artistic pop music also has far more listeners than more artistically produced music.
Maybe it’s a choice between wanting
to be entertained or impressed.
That was in the past and yes, he invited adult film stars to his show for interviews and some of them did some raunchy stuff. How is that different from an SNL skit or what's on late night today?
Not supporting his show for that reason does not necessarily make one any kind of elitist.
I didn't say you had to support it. I am saying Stern was the first person to poke a hole through the snobby, condescending news media and tight-@ssed celebrities who pretend their crap doesn't stink.
If you cannot observe that elephant in his living room, then I suggest you refrain from replying.
There is no elephant, only hypocritical FReepers who pretend to be Orthodox Christians on FR.
