Very much a frenemy situation here.

Petroleum is both the big risk and the means of saving grace here. If Saudi Arabia can’t keep its world act together (regardless of how it manages things at home) then the whole world’s oil supply is in trouble. Not that Israel is so enamored of Saudi Arabia, but it doesn’t want the world trouble.

You mean the “rest of the world’s oil supply.” Ours is just fine.
