I could not agree more. The GOP is soulless, unprincipled party totally devoid of any convictions. They pretend to be conservative before every election cycle and then revert right back to the dissembling scoundrels they are.
We are in desperate need of a new party that represents conservative interests and is willing to fight to defend them. The GOP will never be that party.

I’ve heard Rush say exactly the same. Mittens and his ilk have their heads in the sand on this one. Everybody is on to the GOPe run as conservative govern as liberal scam and it’s no longer good enough to simply be “not Democrats.”
