Send them to Hawaii.
Better yet, Puerto Rico. Most of these so-called asylum-seekers already speak the language, and it’s a lot cheaper to get there.
How about send them to the Aleution Islands (sp?). That should cool off the enthusiasm for trekking to US. Only send a few each from different villages and provide them with cell phones once they get there. The word would get out fast and many would stay in Mexico along the way or not start in the first place.
