There's lots more evidence affirming that she was replaced in the hoaxed aircraft engine failure aftermath and that the whole, planned (fake training for some) exercise was false and corrupted by several government agents and their agencies.
I have strong evidence that the C_A-connected Fuddy left the ruse alive, likely got herself a makeover and exited to Valhalla, or as rawcatslyentist suggested, maybe over to Jakarta, where she would have easily been able to get around and there wouldn't be too many prying eyes.
