The reason for Rice’s “by the book” email was so so transparent it was almost humorous. It’s something a five-year-ole would do. For some reason, she’s near the top of my list for those who should be prosecuted. Her arrogance is stunning, and maybe equal to Comey’s.

I think 1-6 was them playing a power-tripping head game with Trump.
He wanted to see how he’d react hoping to use it against him. Sort of like letting a crook know you’re onto them just to see who the first person they call or run to when scared of being busted.

Yes that's true, but I believe you said they were living at the same address (as Obama and Jarrett are), and I was asking you if THAT was true.
They will stop at nothing to prevent the revelation of TRUTH, and for that reason they are extremely dangerous.
I have thought, ever since I heard of the email private citizen Rice sent to herself after noon on 1/20/17, using a White House computer, that IF the conspiracy were ever to unravel, that that email was the key, and the meeting it referred to was the Rosetta Stone, of the whole matter.
The need to write an email to yourself regarding your recently concluded employment is in itself evidence of guilt. The subject: that Barack Obama himself told the participants that would remain in government that everything was to be done “by the book” means the opposite (why write an email saying, ‘the President is not guilty’ unless he’s guilty).
Susan Rice would have been conscious that she would be “on the bubble”, so to speak, if the firewall against punishing former Obama officials were ever breached. She would presume (and I do too) that the cost of arresting, or even opening a criminal investigation, against Obama, Jarrett, Lynch, Holder, and probably Biden was too high. She would know that the people who carried out the scut work (Comey, McCabe, Baker, Strzok, Page, and the Ohrs) would be at risk.
But Susan Rice and John Brennan were somewhere between the tip of the spear and the masterminds. It would have been POSSIBLE, in her mind, the day she was cleaning out her desk, that the new government would eventually get around to her.
She and Brennan chose different strategies. She decided on a CYA email “to the file”, in the hope of sheltering everyone who was at that meeting. Brennan chose “attack, attack, attack” in the hopes of rallying whatever troops HE had used (Mifsud, Halper, Downer and other Five Eyes helpers) to stick close until they got Trump removed.
Anyway, it now appears that an actual criminal investigation of at least some of this has begun. We know Susan Rice is guilty, we just don’t know HOW guilty. She’s already done two things that reveal consciousness of guilt: the email, and her denial that all of the unmasking requests submitted in her name were submitted by her (this means, I assume, atht she knows some or all of them were illegal).
Playing the role of AG Barr in the live action game, “Arrest Obama”, I think I would have Ms. Rice in for a chat sooner rather than later.

History tells us that people with the sort of power of Obama do not slink away but set up outside the country governments and attempt to destabilize and overthrow openly when discovered.
That is why governments that discover coups often execute the plotters. It permits the country to move on instead of constantly being roiled by an unreachable opposition.
A corollary to that is, a great lawyer will, wherever possible, hold something that can trip up the opposition in reserve. (JdG is a great lawyer.)
Baker and Comey are still doing TV interviews, so they'll likely be asked to respond to these comments from diGenova. Note how Joe slips in that what those guys are saying to the media will be used with Grand Juries against them. But they can't help themselves as they champ to make their version of the narrative seem more plausible, hopefully egging others to slip up and put themselves even more on the defensive and look guiltier.
Joe wouldn't come out with this without there being a solid base for his accusations. Knowing that, it seems to me Joe knows that one (or more) of those meeting attendees has already spilled their guts as they earnestly seek for a lighter sentence.
I think it likely someone has handed over original notes from that January 5 meeting. If a second attendee has also flipped or will flip, it's curtains for all of them as coup conspirators. Sedition/Treason, they're both capital crimes and call for capital punishments for the guilty.
Obama will just claim the term “black mail” is racist, the leftist courts will agree with him and let him off, the news media will accuse Trump of being Hitler (including Fox News) and Congress will try to impeach Trump for going after “one of the most beloved Presidents in U.S. history.”
As for Hillary - I think an atomic bomb could fall on that bitch’s head and she’d still walk away unscathed. After decades of in-your-face law-breaking and corruption (”Oh! I don’t know HOW those billing records got there... it must be the maid!”), I have yet to see anything - and I mean ANYTHING - happen to bring her to justice.
