This will be a weekly post.
Count is now at 106 judges confirmed.
65 District Court judges
41 Circuit Court judges
2 Supreme Court justices
The one circuit court confirmation this week was for the 9th circuit.
More to come next week!
Why aren’t the libs screeching about these more?
Are these 5 vacant seats accurate as listed?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_current_United_States_Circuit_Judges
3 in 9th circuit
1 in 1st Circuit
1 in 5th Circuit
Isn’t that 108?
We appreciate your ongoing updates!
I think you meant:
1 in 3rd Circuit nominee Phipps,Peter Joseph,
1 in 5th Circuit no nominee &
3 in 9th circuit nominees Bress,Daniel Aaron & Collins,Daniel Paul.
9th district? Hopefully a conservative judge!! Is it?
Yes, you are correct. 108.
Yes, very conservative.

Are there still other JUdicial nominations left on other court levels for Trump?

The Federalist % is holding up, I am glad to see.
I got interested today as to why the NY State District nominees from April are still not showing up on the list of open seats & nominees. They all were holdovers from nominations in the 2017-2018 Congressional Session and are part of a package of nominees that Schumer/Gillibrand & the administration agreed on:

Looking over the nominees individually there appear to be a few individuals that have donated to the Democrat & a couple to the Republican, several that have no political writings or activities. So I have no idea why they are not shown as nominees on the US Gov page but my excitement is somewhat realistically tempered by the couple of Democratic loyalists in the bunch.

Those are all the Circuit Judgeship seats open at this time.
There are two Circuit Court Judges who have given notice of going to senior status this summer (5/31 & 6/30) both in the 2nd Circuit.
The remaining vacancies are in District Courts, CL & IT Courts.
There are 142 such vacancies with 60(67) nominees in place. The official site doesn’t list the 7-NY nominees from April.
Thanks again for posting this weekly thread. It’s great to have a place to rejoice, share frustration & keep abreast of how the campaign to redefine and revitalize the courts is progressing.

US District Courts (includes territorial courts*) 122 vacancies , 51 nominations pending

It’s pretty bad when the site has no internal consistency. Perhaps different people are responsible for updating the pages.
I check against the Wiki listings from time to time & for extra information about the judges. You can just change the court # in the address bar and research to see the other courts.
The District Courts are links in each Circuit Court
