Could not find vote tally, but since New York Rep. John Katko and Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick of Pennsylvania co-sponsored the legislation, I’d wager they voted for it.
Vote was 236/173, and House is 187R and 235D, with 3 vacancies. So some Rs did not vote.
And, you are right - this is perverted legislation and 236 perverts voted for it. EVERY one of them MUST be voted out of office in 2020!
