Things are clearly very complicated in this “Brave New World”!
The House will be voting on the “Equality Act” soon. It will prevent “discrimination” against transgenders, but also includes race, nationality, etc.
In the actual law it says that if a person identifies themselves as a certain sex, race, nationality, etc., EVEN IF INACCURATELY, they need to be treated as such.
On would think that a transgender would be aware of the various medical issues relating to their original sex and clue the doctor in on it - but as this case shows - I guess not. Let alone breast cancer, ovarian cancer, etc.
