It absolutely is. I won’t go to Philly unarmed, and am always super vigilant about crossing any bridges into the sewer state by accident.

It’s happened to others. In every situation, you are far better off backing up on the bridge and facing those consequences than actually crossing the border.

You are correct...but why would you back up when, for the same price, you can replicate the famous turnaround on the GW Bridge that took place in The Godfather? That way, at least you have a good story: Someone in your car says, with great fear in their voice, “We’re going to JOISEY?” and then you turn around across several lanes of traffic.
