If you actually read "Killing Kennedy", then you should know that Martin Dugard is the co-author. It's right on the cover.
O'Reilly makes no secret that he collaborates with Dugard on his books.

I bought BOR’s first book and stood in line for him to sign it. He could barely muster the motivation to glance up at me while signing. The book was so boring I gave up halfway through.
