I’m sorry but why discuss “law and history” that just isn’t so? I have a real problem not with Nap expressing positions. Rather, I have a problem with him doing so under the imprimatur of being an expert who knows more than you and I.
Take his argument that tariffs are taxes and only congress can impose them. As if Trump is the first POTUS to impose them. OMG!!! For goodness sakes it is so easy to shoot that false statement down that even CNN can do it:

Congress has granted the POTUS the power to impose tariffs. They can take it back if they want.
