Probably the same guy who got the State Dept. lady’s letter and “passed it on”. No kidding.)
Mike Judge’s (Beavis and Butthead, Hank Hill etc. cartoons) first cartoon was a Character Just like McCabe to all external analysis (speech, attitude, intensity, lunacy and power seeking... etc.)
