Thank you! I was wondering how many more there were. With any luck, Trump will get to nominate a few more next year. I’m thinking he can finish his first term with somewhere in the high 40’s seated on the Circuit Courts. That’s a very productive first term in terms of reshaping the judiciary back to where it was before Obama.

The one milt voted AGAINST was at the district level (Eastern District of TX). He actually voted FOR the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals Nominee.
