Hillary wiped a server full of illegally held data with forensic software AFTER it had been subpoenaed by Congress. Her staff destroyed cell phones with a hammer. Hillary was illegally in possession of classified material.

She could/should be charged right now. Again what are they waiting for?

Totally agreed except I guess in best case they a) want to come up with new charges to minimize controversy and/or b) want to publicly nail those who conspired, perhaps with her directly, to get her off the hook the first time.
