Nope, Joe DiGenova is the former US Attorney for D.C. and he is well traveled in The Swamp. He’s been backing AG Barr through his confirmation and believed he would apply the law.
He’s been pointing to important news In SpyGate and consistently right. He projects the FISA application investigation has concluded three of the four are illegal. Adding to that, he says the first is getting special scrutiny now and will likely land up like the other three.
