Rosenstein gave Mueller too much rope, Rosenstein had a twisted interpretation of "investigate the campaign," turning it into "investigate the life history of anybody connected with the campaign."

Rosenstein is a big government advocate, and not to be trusted, not any more than Comey or Wray or anybody else who reaches that level of power. It is nigh impossible for an honorable and honest person to be allowed that level.
