I'm always amused at the idiotic commercial that shows someone smoking 2 stories down, going out the window, entering in a window (if open) and finally ending up in the baby's crib upstairs? What? All that open air does not dilute the smoke? Simple chemistry.
I personally believe it's always been about the smell. Think of all the orders from cleaning chemicals parents so often use? I hate the smell of Lysol, maybe I should sue someone?
Sheesh, I grew up with both parents chain smoking non-filtered cigs in the house and I'm almost 70.
Ditto for me, on that.
