You know a meter stick is about 39 inches long, just a little bigger than a yard stick.

Lay 12 of them end to end, that’s the length of a railroad rail.

Now pretend it’s not an ordinary railroad rail, but a California High Speed Railway Rail. That’s about $1 billion worth.

So double it.
