Roger Stone Asks for Evidence Russians Hacked DNC Server – Court Won’t Provide It Because They Don’t

Roger Stone is requesting proof that the Russians hacked tehe DNC server, as was reported in the Mueller report. He claims if the Russians didn’t hack the DNC, his case should be dismissed. The problem for the Mueller team is that they and the FBI have never reportedly actually looked at the server.

Roger Stone and his legal team are requesting the report from Crowdstrike, the firm connected with the Deep State who reportedly did inspect the DNC server after emails were released by WikiLeaks.

I agree with your summary on the attempts to connect the two.

I think there are many in a panic and they hope to cover up a great deal of wrong doing by conflating the issues.

I'm am curious if Stone's team is attacking the weak link for either of two outcomes. One being the FBI throws out the charges. The other, by pushing the issue further, Stone can establish that the hack was actually an internal data transfer (available forensic evidence). That would open up the Seth Rich issue. Either way, the FBI has painted themselves into a corner.

I'm am betting they withdraw the complaint for now and attempt to create a new narrative.

I have never believed that the Russians hacked the DNC server. It was an inside set up job by the Dems themselves (See dead Seth Rich who knew too much). Hillary Clinton heavily involved in this fraud as well as with the fake dossier (in cahoots with the Deep state) all a fake narrative perpetrated to bring down Trump via a silent coup. Add Obama/Soros into the mix and you most likely have the whole unsavory stew of phony Russian collusion. But that won’t stop a corrupt system from prosecuting and persecuting Roger Stone anyway.

I think beyond getting himself off the hook, that Stone may well be pi$$ed off enough to pursue the second course to even the score. And as you say, the FBI has put itself in an untenable position, where they may not be able to BS their way out. There is also the specious charge that Stone was in cahoots with Julian Assange as I recall. All these people need to be paraded in front of a Federal Grand Jury and forced to testify under oath. Then start comparing the stories. There are so many lies here, that getting some of them into jail should not be difficult. Then do a “mueller” and force them to rat each other out to save their own a$$es! If we actually convicted the guilty here, we would have to add a wing to Leavenworth to house all of them.

If the media had the slightest bit of curiosity, they would already know that CrowdStrike is funded by TIM GEITHNER, Google Capital, And Pytor Omidyar’s Accel, with folks like Micheal Eisner and Chelsea Clinton getting paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to sit on the board.

But people n the media LIKE those cushy, high-paying do almost nothing jobs, and they do not dare to risk them.

The whole CrowdStrike deal was a crony setup/coverup, from the beginning.

Hard to say how this Stone case will end up. Personally I believe there was indeed an internal data xfer at the DNC and that the DNC server clock and Mb/sec readings showing unattainable internet speeds prove this 100% conclusively. Of course, this points to Seth Rich (or another Seth Rich type) and of course all involved vehemently deny this could be true. What else is new?

I have no opinion on whether Stone knew about the internal download or how Wikileaks got those emails and I have no idea other than a guess as to Stone’s involvement in any way that means anything to anybody. More than anything else, I believe pressure is being dumped on him for no other reason that he is a known Trump associate and the hope is he will cave under financial pressure from mounting legal bills. I myself do not believe Stone has any information of any value, nor do I think he had any active involvement.

All that I can tell you or anyone else for sure is that the Feds are infinitely financed and can continue a case against any defendant on any charge, without time limit, until the def is bled dry. And they have no issues about doing exactly that.

Every one knows the Russians hacked the DNC. Everyone knows. Let me repeat that, everyone knows. This needs to be repeated over and over again. Even conservatives mouth this assertion. 17 U.S. intelligence agencies have affirmed it. Well maybe not 17 but at least three. Comey, Clapper and Brennan have all proclaimed it. The fact that they have all committed perjury is irrelevant. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez claims “I think that there’s a lot of people more concerned about being precisely, factually, and semantically correct than about being morally right.” Let’s not get humg up on the “factually correct.”

LOL!!! You are the successful applicant for the the head script-writing position at MSNBC. Also, you can expect the first monthly stipend from the Open Society Foundation to be deposited on or about 10 June 2019 with subsequent deposits to occur at the first of each month. Thank you, comrade!

Guccifer 1 was a Romanian postal worker that hacked for fun.

Guccifer 2 I believe is a deep state hacker, to spread disinformation and throw us off the track.

Gee, I thought it was the prosecutor's job to present evidence and the judges job to assure a fair trial. I guess I wasn't paying attention in my 9th grade civics class.

AND the release of HRC emails....but those emails were (perhaps some were) on the DNC server but they would have been primarily on HER private server.

Many emails from her private server were released under FOIA by the State Dept. in 2015. Others of her emails were revealed after the DNC and Podesta dumps. But the nexus with her own private server is a joke from a Trump campaign speech. Trump also pointed out that her server was bleach-bitted over a year before he made the joke, that her server was only inspected by the FBI after the bleach-bitting, and that her claim that her server was always secure and never hacked would make any Russian compliance with his joke impossible.

Mainly Trump's joke was to point out the fact that those 30,000 emails were deleted to obstruct a House investigation and subpoena and not all about yoga.

The embarassment to Hillary in those emails was far higher than the value of any plot to get Trump, at least at that point in time (spring of 2016). The emails could certainly have been leaked by a disgruntled insider.

Yes, anyone can relay from a server anywhere they want. However the Crowdstrike claim was that this was "Fancy Bear" and "Cozy Bear" and that their tools or techniques were ID'd. For example:

"The COZY BEAR intrusion relied primarily on the SeaDaddy implant developed in Python and compiled with py2exe and another Powershell backdoor with persistence accomplished via Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) system, which allowed the adversary to launch malicious code automatically after a specified period of system uptime or on a specific schedule. The Powershell backdoor is ingenious in its simplicity and power. It consists of a single obfuscated command setup to run persistently, blah blah blah"

The blah blah blah is mine. I first read their blog post in June 2016 and said it was BS, now I know it is BS. Their blog post hasn't changed and has been sitting on their server since 2016 with a few updates (prepended to the beginning). They are using it for advertising for their IPO and furthermore they collect the referrer links (track which websites link to it) and obviously track all IP addresses that access the page including mine just now.
