Houndreds of thousands of NFL fans boycotted and it didn’t matter to a-holes who run the NFL. Will this be any different?

Good.

Hopefully Rudy G speaks out on this madness too. There is no bigger Yankee than him

I've hated the fkn Yankees with an eye-bleeding passion for my entire life.

This includes their douche-nozzle fans - which are mostly Ricans, metropoloids, hood-dwellers and people who buy their hats because they want others to think they're from NY.

Why not be honest and disband the Yankees Organization for once not allowing black players? MLB should sell all of its assets and donate them all to the NAACP. Then they can reorganize as an entirely new entity.

As a Yankees fan it pissed me off no end. Made fun of them using her for so long it was like “did they dig her up again?”

But no leftist POS is going to tell them they can’t use a patriots version of GBA because of songs she may have sung, that had no significance back 75-80 years ago.

So she sang some Broadway songs in the 1930s that are politically incorrect today? So she sang someone else’s lyrics.

The major leagues should think a bit before getting high and mighty about something someone sang in the 1930s. There were no blacks on a major league baseball team until 1947. Oops.

The team ditched the late singer’s rendition after a they learned Smith had also sung some controversial songs about blacks back in the 1930s.

The entire team can't be brain-washed....lets see a show of hands with their names.....

Kate Smith is an American Icon who did more to entertain the American GI during WWII, that history is etched in granite which George Steinbrenner was a part of.

POTUS and other GOP candidates should use it as a campaign song.

So if is this so outrageous why didn't they ban her years ago?

There are magnets etc that say: Welcome to Yawkey Way--Home of Fenway Park/Boston Red Sox. Only the city of Boston now calls it Jersey Street because team owner Tom Yawkey was seen as a racist (Yawkey railroad station is now "Landsdowne") even though Yawkey gave millions of dollars to charity through a foundation. If the name Yawkey was so offensive why didn't current owner John Henry push right away for it to be renamed?

The Yankees were dead to me the instant the wrecking ball made contact with the House that Ruth Built.

So I guess playing “Song of the South” on the scoreboard during rain delays is completely out of the question?
