There is two ways to do this. Either dont use these web sites at all or..flood the sites with massive amounts of, what they consider, obnoxious posts.

Or the third way.. make them own the consequences of choosing to be a ‘publisher’ rather than a ‘platform’. Take away their exemption to the libel laws and make them financially responsible for every tweet and post.
