That won’t work. Roberts will just claim there’s no such thing as a biased judge and dismiss the whole thing.
This is long overdue. Why should one left-leaning judge be able to invoke his will on the entire country without any rebuttle?

When the left can’t legislate, they judiciate the laws. This was and is a common tactic by the envirowackos that has spilled over. When will the repubes learn to fight fire with fire? When the demonrats get a taste of their own medicine, they seem all too willing to change it.
