They must be advised so. In a way it makes the hearing easier, but a communist lawyer guild could sue back claiming they did not know what not.
I have seen many outrageous cases get white washed with various DOj or local political interventions before Hillary or Smolette made headlines.

Indeed, a bounty would sace the feds a lot and bring back the 2A.
What I do not understand is that the feds can be so kin on deporting legal immigrants or these germans homeschooling in colorado, with immigrant lawyers acting incompetent, yet many many illegals are now citizens after paying substantial fines and what not.
What fines are these? Never heard of them. Must be some real special fines because I never was ever informed of the existence of those in my entire legal 10year process when people were giving me a heck of a hard time despite good faith in bringing all my assets into the US instead of sending money back where I came from.

Hopefully that means they’re banned permanently, with no chance to apply for asylum or migration in the future. Anyone know if they’re fingerprinted and put into a database so ICE knows they skipped their hearings and have been ordered deported if ICE catches them?

Ah, that makes sense. If you have an anchor baby, I guess you cannot be deported. So might as well go to the hearing, and get the paperwork out of the way.
