It's a Fox Town Hall. They would probably be carrying the Trump rally if the thing they set up with Klobuchar hadn't been scheduled.
Klobuchar may have picked the date herself and Fox wanted to have her on because other Democrats have said they wouldn't do Town Halls on Fox, so they didn't object.
