Answer is no. She’s an Islamic national socialist, which is Nasser’s ideology that spread out of Egypt all over North Africa and the Middle East.

JFTR, communism is specifically atheistic. Fascism and national socialism are two derivatives that were designed to make the ideology palatable to non-atheists (to a degree; Mussolini in particular said “God does not exist” for example), and Nasser’s version was tailor-made for Islamic tastes.
