But when you ask them to explain, in detail, how he did it(which he didn’t) they either describe something that isn’t a crime, is a he said-he said situation, or the old fallback....he obstructed justice. It’s like their collusion accusation.

Q: How did Donald Trump collude with the Russians? A: He colluded. Q: How? A: He colluded. Q: How did he collude. A: He colluded.

Q: How did he Obstruct Justice? A: He obstructed justice. Q: How? A: He obstructed. Q: One more time, how? A: he obstructed.

This is no different than when AG Barr told Feinstein, “that’s not a crime”. These people are insane.

What should be really frightening, How many people have these 300 prosecuted, who were railroaded into taking a plea?

Kind of like Assange’s crime of Conspiracy to Hack a Computer. What computer? They have to name it. Actually, he should waive his extradition and demand all their evidence in Discovery. Let them name the computer he conspired to hack. If its the DNC computer, they’re going to have a lot of explaining to do and allow an independent investigator to look at it. I think he should hire that former NSA guy, Binney. The one who has already come out and say that it was an inside job and the info was downloaded on a thumbdrive. That oughta be fun to watch.
