The U.S. is no longer Hoda Muthana’s home. She should never be allowed back in unless it is to be tried, convicted, and sentenced to hang for treason.
She’s not a US citizen and owes America no allegiance, so treason is not applicable. She’s an unlawful enemy combatant, but putting her in Gitmo would be a waste of money and effort.
She can sneak across the Mexican border like the rest.
