James Woods, one of the few conservative stars in Hollywood, has been locked out of his Twitter account for over a week now for abusive behavior, once again demonstrating the double standard the tech giant holds when it comes to enforcing rules.
Twitter suspended Woods for a tweet that read, If you try to kill the King, you best not miss #HangThemAll, according to his girlfriend Sara Miller.
The tweet was apparently in reference to the Mueller report, which found no conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia. The quote is from Ralph Waldo Emerson and has been used in various forms in movies and TV shows like The Wire.
Nevertheless, this post apparently met the threshold on Twitter for abusive behavior.
Twitter does not appear to have the same standard for leftists. As Breitbart News has reported, there are several examples of actual violent threats going unchecked by the social media company.

Fox should hire him as a talk show host. Better than Kimmel and Colbert, plus I’m sure the conversation will be light years more intelligent.
I liked both Roddy Piper and Keith David in that movie.
history is not going to be kind on the owners of theses platforms
Best fight scene ever. It was never ending. LOL
I’m sitting in front of the tv screaming “Put the glasses on already!”

So surprised to see Conservative thinkers like James
Woods banned from Twitter, and Paul Watson banned from
Facebook! https://t.co/eHX3Z5CMXb

The wonderful Diamond and Silk have been treated so
horribly by Facebook. They work so hard and what has been
done to them is very sad - and were looking into. Its
getting worse and worse for Conservatives on social media!

The PHONE NUMBER AT THE CAPITOL IS 202-224-3121. After watching this one you really need to raise some hell with these people BEFORE the oligarchs in Silicon Valley RIG THE NEXT ELECTIONS. And, trust me here, THAT’S WHERE THIS IS GOING!!

BUMP
Twitter kindly unlocked my account. I kept asking them what rule did I violate. Twitter only kept telling me that my posting activity looked suspicious and I got caught up in some kind of sweep. Whatever.
Tucker’s right on this - we’ve got to defend the free speech rights of everyone ... even the folks we don’t like.
FR isn’t a global communication forum used by hundreds of millions of people a day. When private sectors have the power to shut you out of public debate, they’re dangerous to liberty. You no longer have an even playing field for your God given rights. This impacts who gets elected, who runs our lives, what ideas and news the entire planet sees.
They’re trying to influence elections with deceptive tactics and violating the public trust. Bring them down while we can.
Please explain how Twitter has “shut James Woods out of public debate” when he can go to Gab, go to any of a thousand other internet sites, start his own site, or go hold a sign in Times Square.
Same with Hunger Games and Harry Potter.
Someone tell James Woods he can come here...........
The Prisoner is my favorite.
Woods is a stand-up guy with a first rate education and a genius IQ.
I’d consider it a privilege to hear anything he has to say.
