On DU they had a thread about the 3.2% GDP. One of the comments was that it couldn’t be real because their area wasn’t experiencing an economic lift. It dawned on me that they probably lived in a liberal city or state and couldn’t put two and two together.
Their circumstances may be even more limited than that. They're living in their parent's basements and haven't gotten a raise in their allowances.
