Good.
SEN. RICHARD BLUMENTHAL (D-CT): Did anyone, either you or anyone on your staff, memorialize your conversation with Robert Mueller?
BILL BARR, ATTORNEY GENERAL: Yes.
BLUMENTHAL: Who did that?
BARR: There were notes taken of the call.
BLUMENTHAL: May we have those notes?
BARR: No.
BLUMENTHAL: Why not?
BARR: Why should you have them?
SEN. LINDSEY GRAHAM (R-SC), CHAIRMAN: Ill tell you. Weve got to end this. But Im going to write a letter to Mr. Mueller, and Im going to ask him, is there anything you said about that conversation he disagrees with.

The Democrats have nothing to run on.
Oh I like that.
Of course, put on the spot, who knows what this guy will blurt out?
I don’t trust his “character” any farther than I can drop kick him.
This could go badly for Trump. I don’t trust the “most respected man” in D.C. He could easily pull a Comey and lie his a** off.
good one
What do you want a bet he doesn’t want to. Of course, Nadler is having him testify before the U S House Judiciary Comm, which he chairs.
Yes, I said yesterday that I was worried about Mueller’s account vs. Barr’s.
Except Barr has that phone call with Mueller memorialized.
My thoughts as well.
Perhaps Graham is on to something: perhaps Mr. Mueller doesn’t want to have his place in history permanently tagged and identified by leftist politicians and historians as leaning toward the side of the clownish politicians who represent themselves as speaking for him in the Congress and Senate of the United States. Better for him to state his identify for himself for the Congressional Record and the history books of the future.
This is great. Barr has publicly put Mueller on notice that the call was transcribed and Graham is daring Mueller to publicly contradict Barr.
Leaving the Dems with no talking points when Mueller says nah, it’s fine.
I particularly love “Why should you have them?” legal speak for GFY.
Sweet.
My guess is that Mueller takes a pass and declines to show. Graham wisely limited the scope and Mueller who has basically said nothing, other than various leaks from his team, about the goings on. Mueller does not want public scrutiny and will take a pass and this whole things dies. Then it is back to Barr bashing till the IG Horowitz report comes out, followed by Trump declassify carpet bombing
Hope it’s on memorex.
Lie about what? He has already submitted and signed off on his report covering 2.5 yrs? If he backs off on what he already reported, that would leave him open to a perjury charge.
Mueller won’t show. I wonder if any member of congress will bring in a bucket of KFC chicken?
Thanks. Why would anyone want his/her life achievements to be summarized by praise from the Progressive ideologues whose sole contribution to American dialogue at the moment seems to be directing their hate speech toward a President whose policies seem to be producing economic prosperity and freedom for millions of their fellow citizens?
