So-called "homophobia" is natures way. And it's not nice to mess with mother nature.

That could be, but for a millennium, roughly from 500BC to 500 AD it was acceptable and normative first among the Greeks and then across the entire Mediterranean as a result of the growth of the Roman Empire. The Christian Church got queer sex outlawed along with ending pagan worship. So how was it popular and normative for so long and then could be pretty much squelched and forced literally into a closet for 1500 years?
