Baltimore has some excellent hospitals.Without Johns Hopkins Hospital and University and the University of Maryland Medical Systems and Baltimore campus, the City of Baltimore would just collapse.
The UMMS has so much money that it paid the mayor $500,000 copies of her poorly written Healthy Holly childrens books, the final one of which has not even been written. They also had no-bid contracts with several of their board members. aaah, collusion.
