Mr. Black would appear to symptomatic of the National Review's inability to realize much of anything of late. The rag has one foot in some vacuous 'hope and change' cloud and the other in a 'never-Trump' manure pile. I am surprised it hasn't gone the way of that idiot Krystol's Weekly Standard.
