Schiff lies every time he speaks. If Schiff testified before Congress, he lied. However, one thing the Republicans and Democrats agree on is that the law does not apply to Democrats. Else Hillary and Bill Clinton would have been in prison long ago.
But he has a great excuse. He just says I have $hit for brains so I can’t be expected to remember which story to tell.
