Would the editorial board of the NYT and its supporters wish that Palestinians be driven out of the Middle East in a genocidal pogrom, destroying their families, homes, and lives? An honest appraisal of the history of the terrorism and destruction that the anti Zionist Palestinian leadership have engaged in, would show that the demand that Israel surrender its security and sovereignty would result in the opposite, the annihilation of the Jewish state, and a replay of the Holocaust.

Time and time again the Palestinian leadership has had the opportunity to achieve a stable Palestinian state, and regional peace. Time and time again that leadership never missed an opportunity, to miss the opportunity to achieve that peace. The New York Times editorial board’s thinking is a decrepit and evil leftover of the cruel age of Stalin and Walter Duranty. Perhaps their time has past, long past.

“Time and time again that leadership never missed an opportunity, to miss the opportunity to achieve that peace.”

They would not survive a peace agreement. They do not want a peace agreement. They want absolute control over a fiefdom of their own, in exchange for leaving the Saudis and other oil sheikhs alone to sell oil to the West. The Saudis want that, too. And it would only hurt a few Palis and a lot of Jooos! Nobody worth bothering over.
