Bernie Sanders suggests Disney should use 'Avengers: Endgame' profits to pay workers 'middle class wage'
Bernie Sanders has an idea on how Disney could ensure all its employees earn a "middle class wage" with the snap of its fingers.
Sen. Sanders, I-Vt., suggested Monday it would be “truly heroic” if Disney used the profits made from the blockbuster “Avengers: Endgame” to pay its workers more, in response to a report the Marvel hit set multiple records at the box office a day after it opened Friday.
"Endgame" shattered the record for biggest opening weekend with an estimated $350 million in ticket sales domestically and $1.2 billion globally, reaching a new pinnacle in the blockbuster era that the comic-book studio has come to dominate.

Our youth have been indoctrinated by academics to believe socialism is a good deal. On top of that, they have no understanding that capitalism and the right to profit from work and ingenuity has been the creative engine for the goods and services that have made life better and easier for not only us, but the entire world.
Middle class incomes vary from State to State, or region to region. Bernie and other Dems seem to believe it should be the same throughout the USA.
When will some interviewer or Dem debate questioner ask these jerks to define the lower and upper limits of a middle class income in terms of dollars?
From each according to their ability, to each according to their needs.
Democrat elites hate Bernie almost as much as they hate Trump.
That would be like a white haired crazy old man socialist candidate going to the homeless shelters and tent cities and giving away some of his personal million dollar capitalist wealth. Never happen.
They should just take it out of Ruffalo’s and Evans’ salaries and all the other hypocrit liberals on the cast.
So, Bern, by using your logic, should Disney have given pay CUTS to their employees because of the flops A Wrinkle in Time, The Nutcracker and the Four Realms, and Solo: A Star Wars Story?

I remember when the minimum wage was $2 and some change. My father worked for the NY Central Railroad as a track foreman, and even with the overtime he earned during the winter clearing tracks, he barely made $10,000 a year gross. And that was for a family of six. We couldn’t even afford a car. It was a car, or a house.
Are Steed & Peel in it? If not it ain’t worth watching. At least not for me.
My grandfather, after LEGALLY immigrating from Italy worked on the NYC subway system with a shovel digging dirt, anything for a paycheck. I guess he couldn't move into his parents basement and play video games and take student loans.

I get kind of a sick delight watching liberals eat their own.
As long as rate of profit is higher than the average rate of profit for the economy as a whole.With other things being equal, higher sales revenues means higher savings, which means higher reinvestment, which means higher productive expenditure, which means more funds available for demand for labor winch means higher wage rates.
