The work-ethic, skill, knowledge, and ability problem of youth is because they have NO jobs available. Back in the 70s non-skilled jobs were held by AMERICAN teens and young adults, construction jobs by AMERICAN workers. Now, they are filled by illegal aliens, with or without work permits. Our American youth have no opportunities like we did to go get a job.
