So are they saying businesses can NO longer have a dress code? That will be the result if the funeral home loses. Any employee will be able to dictate what they want to wear are work
Private enterprises are no longer private when Govt dictates what they can and cannot do. This is what Fascism looks like.

“So are they saying businesses can NO longer have a dress code? That will be the result if the funeral home loses.”

The EEOC targeted this small family-owned funeral home for punishment due to their refusal to participate in an employee’s so-called gender identity preferences.

The EEOC sued the business, claiming it had discriminated on the basis of sex and sought punitive damages.

No small business will ever again be safe from the EEOC if the funeral home loses.

Yep.

A victory for the “trans rights” crowd means that any business with at least 15 employees has to accept this crap. Got an independent bookstore with daily storytime for the kids? If a male employee decides to put on a dress and make it Drag Time Storytime, you will have to shut up and take it.

Insanity.
