First off, not everyone who claims to be a Christian is. So your argument doesn't work.

This is known as the No True Scotsman Defense, and basically states that Christians never molest children because anyone who molests children cannot be Christian, therefore Christians never molest children. It's circular reasoning.

Good, as I said, comes from the desire not to be the victim of evil. It comes from the understanding that if we all agree not to hurt each other, things will go better. That's why cultures that never heard of Jesus still had laws about not hurting each other.
