Reminds me of an incident in NYC back around 1991. Badlands was a notorious gay bar in the West Village, located on the same block where the Village People did part of their infamous YMCA video. It got shot up one night, sending about 12 people to the hospital, miraculously they all survived. The media instantly went into a feeding frenzy, which became more intense when the suspect was ID'ed as "the son of a preacher man". The media really went apesh!t when it came out he was not just the son a any preacher, but an NYPD CHAPLAIN. UNTIL his mug shot was plastered on the front pages of the Post and Daily News. Suddenly, the story...silently...faded......away. Apparently, Black, no pun intended Trumps gay.
