They weren't all suggestions. Some were blatant assertions. Like when he said the FISA judge had already told the DOJ (Barr) the names of the people who lied to his court and the FBI violations of the law.
Now, he either totally made that up, or it's true. I tend to believe he didn't make it up out of nothing.
Re-watch his interview and see which were "statements of fact" and which were supposition.
