Again. There is nothing here we didnt know 18 months ago. If the DOJ wasnt going to move against the coup 18 months ago why would they begin to now? I mean, I get the entire having your hopes up meme but mine have been dashed a couple times too many already.

There was a different man at the helm then. Sessions turned out to be a meek lamb. Hopefully, Barr is made of sterner stuff.
Thank you, Veruca

Time will tell if you correct.
I dont think you are. The clock didnt start ticking until the Mueller Report was issued. As you must recall this report said nothing about collusion and everything about OBSTRUCTION and, by implication IMPEACHMENT.
The early moves by Trump and Justice that you have been hoping for would have led to greater and greater calls for impeachment.
Trump wisely decided not to throw gasoline on that fire. Im certain that he had Rudys advice on that and he wisely followed it. Politics is a game where instant gratification is rare or nonexistent and where winning in the long run is everything..
And you will note, I hope, the very rapid ramp up of counter-coup activities following the Mueller Report release.
Patience in all of this is difficult but not impossible. It will be rewarded.
