I saw a clip of him today speaking at the Council on Foreign Relations (a slightly deep state operation) where he was actually bragging about how he threatened to withhold the $ billion loan guarantee to Ukraine if their president did not fire the prosecutor who was investigating his crooked little boy Hunter. More proof (if any is needed) that Slow Joe is dumber than a bag of hammers.
