A federal judge has ordered the release of a Coast Guard officer and self-proclaimed white nationalist who is accused of stockpiling weapons as part of a plot to kill several media and Democratic political figures, including California Sen. Kamala Harris, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-San Francisco, and Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Los Angeles.

Lie. There was no “plot”. He just had one of those common lists of people he’d like to get rid of.
They will nail him on the drug charges (opiates, I believe), but all of his weapons were legal.
