I am sure that you mean well, but my life experience has taught me that this clearly IS a mental disorder. The escalation that has occurred in my lifetime shows me that these people will never be happy, and this is always the case with someone who refuses to accept reality. Now, we suffer with them, which I am also sure is their intent.
You might as well “support” alcoholism, or “cutting”, or narcotics users. It isn’t really helping, but it can make you feel better about yourself.
Oddly, I know a lot of them who are extremely happy and do much better in life because they are being who they are.
But, I get and respect your point and I think that was my point about the coin. There is no need to have a coin to make a political statement all because it is a friggin election year and some useless liberal leader is pandering to get some votes in downtown Toronto.
