International thieves from Chile are suspected of committing hundreds of burglaries across Southern California after obtaining visa waivers to enter the United States, authorities said.
For months, a sophisticated ring of burglars have targeted affluent homes, businesses and cars in Los Angeles and the counties of Alameda, Orange, San Bernardino, Santa Clara and Ventura, lifting jewelry, guns and other valuables, police said.
A similar spate of burglary tourism is occurring in Texas, Arizona, Colorado, New York and other states, as well as several European countries, the FBI said.
Simi Valley police, working with the California Highway Patrol and Ventura County deputies, arrested three Chilean men for multiple vehicle burglaries. Each was here on temporary visas, police said.
The men, aged 22 to 29, used a jamming device to prevent car owners from locking their vehicles, a news release said. The device interrupts the signal when car owners activate the lock on key fobs.
The visa waiver makes it hard for police to learn the real identities of the crooks, investigators said.
The ESTA Electronic System for Travel Authorization visa waiver allows citizens from 38 countries to visit the United States for tourism, business, study or medical purposes for 90 days.
Crime patterns began emerging in Southern California in the past year.

The sanctuary cities and informal ones are “don’t ask, don’t tell”.
An insult to question a criminal who might be offended because he is an illegal. Cops could get sued.

The federal government established the visa program in 2009 to provide the U.S. Customs and Border Protection and Department of Homeland Security with the capability to pre-screen travelers against numerous no-fly, criminal, and terrorist databases
Another fine job by Obama!

Catch them and lock them up.

European gypsies have been pulling this for decades. I think I read about during the 1980s in the WSJ.
But, I think it was Chicago that was bearing the brunt.

I guess they ran out of homes to burglarize in Santiago.
Having lived in Chile for over 5-years, burglary is as popular as soccer in Chile.

Damn, that was one country in South America which struck me as being halfway decent.

I remember we had a Irish Travelers problem in our town about twenty years ago. Same kind of burglary nonsense, combined with a lot of fly-by-night paving and roofing jobs. After about a week, the cops got hip to what was happening, and they quickly ran them out of town.

Not a problem in Dallas, TX. The DA there has announced that he will no longer prosecute thefts of “$750 or less as long as the theft wasn’t for personal economic gain.” WTF? EVERY theft is for personal economic gain. Another Democrat lunatic.

Homes in Latin America are designed from the beginning to be burglar-resistant. Bars on windows, security doors, razor wire, broken glass on tops of walls, etc. Our homes must look wide open to their eyes.

The Crucifixion shows three victims:
Two of them have one nail for EACH foot. Jesus is different in that group because there’s just one nail for BOTH his feet, one placed atop the other.
Gypsies say that when Jesus stumbled with his heavy cross on his way to his crucifixion, the other nail dropped to the ground. They say it was snatched up by a *Gypsy* boy who scampered out of the crowd:
“This nail is hugely symbolic and stands as a symbol of a special God/Gypsy covenant —it grants us an eternal thievery waiver.”
On Good Friday at the major malls up and down the East coast almost ALL cops are on duty. On this day, Gypsies go in vans to these malls and have an all-day special orgy of stealing, a kind of celebration or ethnic rite.

What?
Those things are ‘necessities!’ You can’t arrest or prosecute those people for stealing necessities!

In Kali part of the appeal is the catch and release policies. I believe now anything stolen under $750 is not even prosecuted and is considered an infraction with the issuance of a ticket.

Partner, the
"Do Nothing DemonRat Party" that is in Congress will not do a thing hat is positive for
"We the People" want from Congress in looking at reforming our Immigration system. We only have around 45 to 50 Million Illegal Aliens in this country right now!!!
We want them to take care of this list first and foremost and we will not have a problem with Illegal Immigration and issuing Visas from the State Department
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Special Lobbying, Special Interests, K-Street, Koch Brothers etc. will hate this list, since they want more cheap labor:
- No more Anchor Babies allowed to be American citizens since the American Taxpayer is paying for these Illegal Aliens to have their babies born in this great country of ours.
- No more asylum to anybody showing up at our border, period and end of story. I.E. No more Riff Raff folks showing up at our Southern Border.
- All visas will be allowed for 2 weeks and no thefts into American homes. Those caught will never receive a visa again and they will be denied citizenship forever.
- No more HIB visas allowed.
- No more Chain Migration allowed
- Individuals caught voting in our Presidential elections will never be allowed to become citizens of this great country of ours.
- We should only allow merit based immigration on skills and education to become U.S. citizens.
- All Riff Raff that just came in on asylum will be found and sent back to Mexico since their Socialist/Communist President allowed them to come to our country. We need a strong message sent to Mexico that their behavior in allowing this Riff Raff to come to our borders will have consequences.
- We need to control who comes into our country by religion and the Mooselimbs will never comprehend democracy since they are brought up in non democratic countries plus they are a religion of hatred and love to blow up Christian folks, Jewish folks, Buddist folks and other religions in pieces thru their bomb making abilities and other hatred methods.
- The State Department if allowed to give out immigration status to other folks not in our country unless they follow the above laws.
- The U.S. government will build a Southern Border Wall 30' High Minimum and any Razor Sharp Barbed Wire at the top of Wall will be more than 30' from ground level and this Southern Border Wall will be built from San Diego, California to Brownsville, Texas.

The same happened in my hometown back in the eighties; they got run off real quick as well and I haven’t heard of them coming back.
