I am betting everything that Romney will challenge Trump in the primaries.

I doubt it. He won't win anywhere except Utah. His advisors will scare him off. He would rather try to hurt Trump so the Dems win in 2020. If he runs, he will be shown up to be a loser and a has-been, though I can think of no one better (except John Ellis Bush) for Trump to remind everyone that he is not an old Establishment Republican.
