If you let the incarcerated vote, there will be some localities where the inmates will be able to out vote the free. I know that Illinois has prisons all over the state, including sparsely populated areas where the prison is the main ‘industry’. So inmates will be able to decide local elections for mayor, county sheriff, assessor, etc. What could go wrong?

Wow, Gutfeld’s monologue was really poignant!
In socialist countries, you are the prisoner, and the socialist leaders are your jailers.
I’m sure that the leftists out there who heard that probably thought it was hyperbole, but it is true in essence, because people in a socialist society do not get an rights to opt out of any of the programs that are forced upon them. You do lose rights. You may gain perceived benefits or protections, but you are definitely giving up rights and liberties.
